Extend the Tracing Period
The default tracing period for a Delayed Bag File is 45 days. However, your WorldTracer coordinator can change the default to between 5 to 100 days.
You can extend the default tracing period to 100 days from the start of tracing.
The system matches for a Delayed Bag File in extended tracing are displayed in the Extended Matches folder of the Headquarters Inbox.
Extend Tracing
Menu: Passenger > Delayed Bag > Manage > display Delayed Bag File

Select Extend Tracing from the triple-dot menu.

Click Extend Tracing to confirm.
Tip:
If the file has already retired from tracing, use Reactivate Tracing to continue tracing. See Reactivate Tracing.
